中国国家知識産権局（CNIPA）が「商標登録出願に関する早期審査弁法（試行）」を改正し、意見募集稿を公表した。
高品質な発展とイノベーション・ビジネス環境の最適化を支援し、審査の質と効率の持続的な向上と商標ブランド戦略の推進、国や公共の利益または重大な地域発展戦略に関わる商標登録の早期化などを狙い、「商標法」と「商標法実施条例」の関連規定と実際の状況に基づき、CNIPAは改正「商標登録出願に関する早期審査弁法（試行）」の意見募集稿を作成した。
意見募集の締切日は2024年12月30日。以下の方法で意見募集稿の改善に関する具体的な意見を提出することができる。
